Mobility (Pty) Ltd was incorporated in 1998 and begun operation in 1999 in Botswana. Between 1999 and 2005 the Company was providing various telecommunication products and services from brands such as Nokia, Ericsson and Motorola to mainly Mascom Wireless and Vista Cellular (now Orange Botswana). In 2005 the company took the strategic decision to mainstream its market offering. The company is currently (2012) authorized to provide the following products and services from International Companies and their subsidiaries regionally, such as Sony, NEC, LG, Nokia, TomTom, Apple and many more. Mobility (Pty) Ltd is a majority citizen owned company (since 2011 Citizen Entrepreneurial Development Agency is also a major shareholder) and as such we strive to further develop the Botswana market with the latest technological advances in the fields of telecommunication, consumer electronics and computer products.
Mobility (Pty) Ltd is currently operating with 6 retail stores and Head office in Gaborone, Botswana and has 45 staff members to support our client base in Botswana and regionally.
Mobility (Pty) Ltd also specializes in branded retail stores that include Sony Centre, LG Lifestyle Centre, Mobile World and i-Play store.
